Prayer request form

Please include only the details you are comfortable sharing. Requests marked confidential will be shared only with designated pastoral-care leaders, except where disclosure is required for safety or by law.

Prayer requests are received by the prayer team and pastoral care leaders. Confidential requests are limited to designated pastoral-care leaders, and follow-up usually happens within a few ministry days when a pastor contact response is requested.

These requests are treated as sensitive and routed to the district pastor and Pastor Andrew Gomez. Pastoral response times may vary, but urgent counseling requests are marked for prompt review.

Counseling requests are sent directly to pastoral leadership.

You will receive an automated confirmation email after submitting. The request itself is routed to the appropriate church email list.
